What is the correspondence club?
The Correspondence Club is a monthly subscription sent the old-fashioned way — delivered directly to your mailbox.
Each month, you will receive an original fine art photograph created exclusively for members. The image is printed using archival paper and inks — a true keepsake designed to last for generations.
Alongside the print, you’ll receive a seasonal recipe card, stickers, and a thoughtfully written newsletter.
Membership also includes access to a private, members-only space featuring behind-the-scenes videos and additional exclusive content.
When Will I Receive my first mailing?
Mailings are sent between the 20th–24th of each month.
Members within the United States typically receive their post within 3–8 business days from mailing.
International members may receive their post within 2–8 weeks, depending on location and customs processing.
New members who join on or before the 15th of the month will receive that month’s mailing. Members who join after the 15th will begin with the following month’s correspondence.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, log into your account and navigate to Billing & Payments. Under Subscriptions, select your active plan and click Cancel Plan.
Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
You are always welcome back.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, mailings are available within the United States only.
If you live outside the U.S. and are interested in joining the Correspondence Club, please feel free to reach out here. I’m happy to explore international options when possible.
Do you offer refunds?
All Correspondence Club memberships are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Because each mailing is created and prepared in advance, refunds are not offered for active billing periods.
However, if you experience an issue with your mailing, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I am always happy to assist when possible.
What Happens if my mailing is lost or delayed?
Mail delivery times can vary. If your mailing has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe (U.S. 10 business days), please reach out. While I cannot guarantee replacement for lost mail, I will always do my best to assist.
Can i update my shipping address?
Yes. You may update your shipping address by logging into your account at any time. Please ensure your address is current before the 15th of each month to receive that month’s mailing.
Can i Pause my membership?
Memberships cannot currently be paused, but you may cancel at any time and rejoin when ready.
Will these images ever be sold publicly?
Artwork created for the Correspondence Club is exclusive to members and will not be sold publicly during the active cycle. Select pieces may become available in the future at my discretion.
