By accessing this website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership & Billing

 

The Correspondence Club is a recurring subscription. By purchasing a plan, you agree to automatic billing according to the plan selected (monthly, seasonal, or archive).

 

Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.

 

You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

3. Shipping & Delivery

 

Mailings are sent between the 20th–24th of each month.

 

Members who join after the 15th will begin with the following month’s mailing.

 

Delivery timelines vary by location. MOSH is not responsible for postal delays, customs processing times, or lost mail once items have been shipped.

4. Refund Policy

 

All membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

 

Because each mailing is created and prepared in advance, refunds are not issued for active billing cycles.

 

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact me here and I will do my best to assist.

5. Intellectual Property

 

All artwork, photographs, written materials, newsletters, and digital content provided through the Correspondence Club remain the intellectual property of MOSH.

 

Membership does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use any materials.

 

Digital content and members-only materials may not be shared publicly without written permission.

6. Changes to the Club

 

MOSH reserves the right to adjust offerings, pricing, or membership features at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

 

MOSH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to membership participation, shipping delays, or website use.

 

Use of this site and participation in the Correspondence Club is at your own discretion.
