Each piece is carefully packaged by hand to help ensure it arrives safely and ready to wear, display, or treasure.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship pieces will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible after your order is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing unless otherwise noted in the individual listing.

Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional time. An estimated completion and shipping time frame will be provided before your order is finalized.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with tracking whenever available. Once your package is on its way, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. I cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are outside of my direct control. Occasionally, weather, holidays, or carrier delays may cause your package to take a little longer to arrive.

If something seems to have gone awry in transit, please reach out. I will do what I reasonably can to help locate the package or work toward a solution.

Damaged Packages

Every piece is packaged with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the piece, packaging, and shipping box. Please keep all original packaging while we determine the best way to make things right.

Because these pieces are handmade and often one of a kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible. When that happens, we will work together to determine the most appropriate solution.

Returns & Refunds

Each headpiece is a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art. Because of the unique nature of these pieces, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and refunds are not available once a purchase has been completed.

Please review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, and other details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, its fit, materials, or construction, I am always happy to answer them before you place your order.

If your order arrives damaged, there is a problem with your order, or something has gone awry along the way, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do everything reasonably possible to make it right.

Because every situation is a little different—and every piece is, too—any repair, replacement, or other resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

These policies are here to make the purchasing process clear and straightforward while protecting both the artwork and the people who bring it home.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Work

Many pieces available in the shop are handmade, one of a kind, or created using natural, found, vintage, or individually sourced materials.

Small variations and irregularities are part of the character of handmade work and should not be considered defects. Whenever a piece has a notable characteristic, variation, or existing imperfection, I make every effort to photograph or describe it accurately in the listing.

Wearable Art

Headpieces and other wearable works are created as pieces of art as much as they are accessories.

Some designs may incorporate delicate, natural, vintage, hand-painted, or found materials. These pieces should be handled gently and stored carefully when not in use.

Please review the dimensions, photographs, materials, and fit information provided with each piece before purchasing. Because headpieces may fit and sit differently from person to person, please contact me before ordering if you have questions about the fit of a particular piece.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced with careful attention to the character and integrity of the original photograph or artwork.

Please review the dimensions and print specifications in each listing carefully. Frames, mats, mounting, or other display materials are included only when specifically stated in the product description.

Colors and tonal values may appear slightly different in print than they do on a computer, tablet, or phone screen due to differences in display settings and the characteristics of the chosen print medium.

Fine art prints should be handled with clean, dry hands and protected from moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and other conditions that may damage photographic or fine art materials.

Artwork & Copyright

Purchasing an original artwork, wearable piece, or fine art print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

All artwork, photography, designs, and imagery remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be reproduced, copied, commercially used, altered for resale, or otherwise distributed without written permission.

Your purchase is for your personal enjoyment and display unless another use has been agreed upon in writing.
